JC: My name is J. C. Warren. I'm an accomplished technical writer, speaker, mentor, motivator, world traveler, aviator, and animal rights activist. I spent the first twenty-seven years of my adult life working for a government agency. My skills as a writer helped me advance in rank and eventually take the helm of an entire section. During those years as a superintendent, I honed my skills as a writer and editor and learned how to shepherd people from all walks of life. I have self-published 4 full-length novels, and during 2018 I wrote 7 articles for Sagittarius Eye: the online magazine for the video game Elite Dangerous. When I'm not writing, I'm exploring and photographing the Milky Way with my telescopes and cameras. I'm a member of a flying club where I have access to my favorite Cessna: the Cessna 150 Commuter. I love night flying and cross-country navigation flights because both challenge me and make me feel alive. I'm an Elite Dangerous expert, but I have a soft spot in my heart for Microsoft Flight Simulator. I have lived in Germany, Saudi Arabia, and Qatar, and I have traveled all over the United States to include Alaska and Hawaii.
